Testimonials
-
Mum has been a resident in Magherafelt Manor for almost 5 years and their care has been so dedicated. The staff have all been very good in their care of Mum, but 2 members, in particular, have been involved in Mum's care from her first day and they are exceptional individuals.
They know her so well - when she is not herself, when she needs extra pain relief, when she needs a wee lie down or a cup of tea, and they have looked after her through those difficult days when she has been agitated and needing reassurance. When people come to visit Mum they comment on how clean the home is, and how attractive the surroundings and rooms are, as well as the friendly staff. We are very glad that we got Mum a place here, and as Mum's condition changes it is comforting to know that they have her best interests in their planning.
