Very pleased with the care Dad is receiving, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hard job working with so many patients with dementia. The food is very good. Nothing too much trouble for them to do. Very welcoming and homely, fresh environment and love of the staff for my relative is heart-warming. Relief he is here in a warm, safe place where his needs are being fully met.

Granny is well looked after in the home. She is always dressed well with her room being tidy. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They treat my granny like family, that is a big reassurance for us. I am extremely impressed with the range of activities and themed events organised by Wellbeing which my granny gets involved in. Another resident is given tasks from reception which she enjoys and keeps her engaged in meaningful activity. My granny has settled in well and now enjoys spending time socialising in the common room.
